What our guests says about facilities

Hotel La Neige offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Sumptuous Breakfast

The breakfast at Hotel La Neige Higashikan was a good experience. Offering a mix of Japanese and European dishes, it was always tasty and provided the perfect energy boost for a day on the slopes. I especially loved the well-prepared items served alongside a generous buffet. Each morning felt like a feast!

Cozy Junior Suite

I stayed in the junior suite with my family, and it was perfect! The size was great for a family of four, and we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi after long days of skiing. The lovely decor made the room feel inviting and comfortable, enhancing our overall experience during our stay.

Relaxing Jacuzzi Experience

The private bathroom in our suite featured a large jacuzzi that was absolutely heavenly! After a thrilling day on the slopes, soaking in that jacuzzi with bath salts provided was the cherry on top of our wonderful vacation. It made us feel pampered and relaxed!

Charming Lounge Ambience

I really enjoyed the cozy ambience in the lounge area of the hotel, which featured a good snack table. Free-flowing chocolates, biscuits, and warm mugwort tea created a welcoming atmosphere. It was a perfect spot to unwind with a book or have fun roasting marshmallows by the fire with my daughter.
